Monday Evenings – (Pilates) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 7.00pm to 8.00pm

Sunday Evenings – (Yoga) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 7.00pm to 8.00pm

Wednesday Evenings –  (Pilates) – Dr Grays Hospital Physio Gym – 5.00pm to 6.15pm

Thursday Evenings – (Pilates) – Dr Grays Hospital Physio Gym – 5.00pm to 6.15pm

Friday Mornings – (Yoga with Louise Simmons) – by arrangement                     Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 10.30am to 12.00

Friday Evenings – (Pilates) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 5.30 to 6.30pm NOT running at present
