Pilates and Yoga Class Timetable

Monday Evenings – (Pilates) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Monday Evenings – (Yoga) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Tuesday Evenings – (Yoga) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 5.30pm to 6.30pm – Not running at present

Wednesday Mornings – (Yoga) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 6.30am to 7.15am

Wednesday Evenings –  (Pilates) – Dr Grays Hospital Physio Gym – 5.10pm to 6.10pm (level 2) and 6.15 to 7.15 pm (level 1)

Friday Mornings – (Yoga with Louise Simmons) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 11.15am to 13.00

Friday Evenings – (Pilates) – Thornhall Studio, Dyke – 5.30 to 6.30pm NOT running at present
